I bought Jeanette's Power Yoga DVD first and I loved it so much I decided to purchase Blast The Belly Fat.The title tells the Truth. Wow, my entire core was worked and I felt it for two days after. I have had an exercise ball sitting in my garage for months because I grew tired of it and ran out of exercises to do with it. Jeanette introduced me to some new moves with the exercise ball and I was thrilled to finally put that ball back to use. She uses alot of repetition so you get time to get the moves down and really feel the burn. I still have not been able to get trough the entire DVD. I get a little closer to the end each time I do the workout. I already noticed a change in my body since I have been doing Jeanette's DVD's. I have to say this DVD is great value. The workout is jammed packed with challenging sequences. Jeanette really gives you vlue for money. I don't even get classes this good at my gym.Karen From Florida

another good workout for those ok with using the ball
I consider myself at an intermediate level of fitness.My favorite workout by this instructor is still the bikini boot camp. That said, this one is also excellent cardio wise but slightly "easier" since it is more of a circuit training style where you break up the cardio a lot with weights and ball exercises. For those who do not like the ball, this workout would likely not be for you. I usually use the ball just for sit ups (the ball cannot be beat for situps.)Music is good and "backup dancers" are non-annoying. Unfortunately, while the intructor is fine, her voice does get whiny/shrieky. I wish they would give a music only option.Still, a good workout, overall.

Great work out
I definitely like this DVD. I have not been doing it as much as I want to, but obviously that is not the DVDs fault. I have been doing the warm up, 2 of the circuits (out of 3), and the cool down each time I have done it. It is pretty fun and once you get going it goes by pretty quickly. I would recommend doing the cool down, the one time I didn't I was super sore. I think it is fine for "beginners" I am not in great shape but live a pretty active lifestyle. Its nice so you can pick and choose if you want an easier day.

Tough workout
Usually I'm not a big fan of ab workouts but I really liked this DVD. It had some moves that were new to me and using the ball really gives the workout that extra kick. You can really feel your muscles being worked from every angle while balancing on top of the ball. Also, there's a good energy from Jeanette throughout the video that really keeps you going.Jeanette was clear on explaining the moves as well as reminding about proper breathing. The workout is tough but nicely divided into 4 different circuits (+warm up and stretching). So beginners can start with one circuit and advanced can do the whole DVD. I would say I'm intermediate and tried to follow the whole thing through yesterday and I am SORE today... :)Overall a very good workout! Will definitely use this on my weekly ab routine!

Challenging and Fast-paced
Challenging and fast paced. Good workout if you do not feel like driving to the gym or going for a run outside. You can burn as many calories, if not more. I like the tough workouts but it is not as structured as Jillian Michaels and the modifier could be better.

Burn Out Your Core While Burning Calories!
Wow! I did this one yesterday and my core and arms are very sore today! This is very advanced but I was able to modify a lot of the moves; roll to plank I did on my knees. Mountain climbers I used a chair. I like that this has a lot of very challenging cardio as well, so you are burning major calories while working your abs. The pilates moves at the end were extremely challenging. Highly recommend this one! I am going to try more of her workouts.

Great Workout! Challenging!
This is a great and wonderful workout and challenging, take your time. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the exercises were too repetitive. Everything is done 3x's. I was expecting more variety of exercises.Nevertheless you will get the body you anticipate. Hope this helps!☺

Good dvd
I like this dvd it really works. After each work out I feel the pain in my belly. I like this work out it is really good for the belly fat, I just have a hard time keeping up with Jeanette. I do this video twice a week.
