Perfect fit! Quality construction.
I got these to use on a DIY small engine cylinder leak down kit. They worked perfect and have enough barb to allow me to add clamps or zip ties to enforce the strength and make them 100% leak proof. I've used these up to 12 lbs of pressure for over 30 min at a time and they have not leaked a bit. These will most certainly hold up for your every day blood pressure cuff! Excellent quality at a very affordable price....and it comes with 2 pieces!!

Works as well as original
These bulbs replaced a vulcanized latex rubber one from a blood pressure kit 40 years old. They work fine, and hopefully will get this kit to the century mark. They past pressure and valve tests. They look almost the same as the original, just shinier.

Used to repair non medical equipment
This is for a replacement bulb on a blood pressure cuff. I used to repair pieces of non medical tools and they worked great. Happy with purchase and price. My equipment is repaired.

New life for old neck traction device.
This worked as a direct replacement for a $90 inflatable neck traction unit that works great other than the rubber bulb cracking after becoming brittle from age. My only beef was having to buy two at once, since I’ll not likely need a second one anytime soon.

Didn't work properly
The rubber bulbs were good enough, but the metal valves did not close to stop the air flow. They screwed down, but air leaked out. They was no flow control at all. Even when closed air leaked by, and when cracked open, it dumped all the air out. This was my problem initally, and wanted to get new ones to fix that problem. That was the problem with them both. i was surprised they both failed, but they did.I kept the bulbs and trashed the valves, which is the part I really wanted. The valves it appears were never seated or checked to see if they really worked. I'm glad they didn't cost much. At least I salvaged the bulbs. Maybe your luck will be better than mine.
