I am LOVING my pink Cobra Grips!! I am used them for leg and back day as I prepare for bikini this past spring. I am happy to say I got my PRO Card!! I continue to use them to help build muscle and strength without set backs due to my wimpy hand muscles and grip! Had a car accident 6 years ago when I was forced to get a plate and 6 screws in my forearm. The Cobra grips have allowed me to contiunue to push limits and make gains, Thank you Cobra Grips!!

My wrist measures exactly 6.5 inches, putting me into both a small and medium, according to the sizing chart. The medium was too big. I couldn't pull the strap tight and the neoprene/foam part gaped quite a bit where it opened to my hand, so I went with a small. The small fit well. Since I had both sizes, I compared them. They are exactly the same, except for the strap. The small strap measures about 6 inches and the medium 8 inches.As for the grips themselves, I've never used any before. I'm simply deadhanging off a doorway pull-up bar. My hands were killing me and fatiguing and I was developing carpal tunnel. I'm hoping these help. I decided to go with these because I read the Pro is more rigid. They are comfortable and bend easily around the bar. The leather feels nice, and the blue is a nice color. I'm not entirely sure if I'm supposed to strap them very tight so they don't "ride up" onto my hand, or if they are supposed to slip partly onto the hand. Manufacturer should provide better info. I had scoured various websites and read many reviews trying to figure out what size to order and how they should fit, without success.

The media could not be loaded.  These grips are amazing! I have use all types of straps due to having smaller wrists, alot of traditional straps didn't work for me/uncomfortable. I have tried all types of regular loop strap, hybrid straps that you self tighten and then wrap, all do not compare.Size small wrists are 16.5 CM. 6 InchesI've used these for deadlifts, any pull exercise even weighted pull ups and no tear in stitching even with the combined weight of 205. (75lb weights + 140BW)My grip strength isn't the best when going heavy these have helped a ton with PRs.I will use these straps for life.

Grips are a lot lighter than ones I have used before. Stitching looks to be of high quality (double stitched to prevent ripping), leather & velcro looks & feels solid.

Have tried gloves, straps, half-gloves etc. in the past. This is the first time I am trying these type of grips and first time trying Cobra Grips. For me, these are the best alternatives. And these Cobra Grips are excellent. Have been using mixed grip for my DLs at close to 1RM max weights, but the first time I wore these, I could immediately use overhand grip for both hands!!. The grip is solid with no slipping. Not too thick like gloves, so you can still feel the diameter of the barbell. I even use it for PUSH workouts and it works.From a size perspective, am glad I bought small. Although from the size chart, my wrist size is at the max. of the range, but when I wore the small size, it was the opposite and the wrist wrap ends touched each other.Need to use a few more months to see if they are as solidly built as when I first got them.

Product quality is reasonably good. My wrist is measured 6.75” so by following the size guide provided, I select grip size Medium. But the product arrived & tested on my wrist seems is much bigger so there is excess hanging out after tightening the grip. Rather disappointed with this inaccurate dimension provided, should have gone with my gut feeling to select Small instead! 😔😔😔
