Excellent product and Nutritional
Navara is considered medicinal and a whole grain. Being outside of Kerala, I was pretty happy when I found it on Amazon.Trust me, the price is not too high for a grain like this. And the quality was also good. Was little skeptical reading previous reviews but mine turned out fine, without any bugs or stones.I have bought 2 kgs and both turned out fine. Neither there was any color added to the rice nor it was difficult to cook. Since it is a whole grain, soaking and pressure cooking helps.Excellent product👍. Thank you both, the seller and Amazon.

Excellent quality, clean rice
Excellent quality, clean rice. I will continue buying this. Mentioned in Carak Samhita to balance both Kapha and Vata. I find this most helpful for my Kapha problems. Takes a tad longer to cook than normal rice, but tastes good.

Insects coming out
Please sundry the rice before you use it. Lot of black insects were coming out (I have posted pics) and shows it's not new stock.Now since I opened the pack can't ask for replacement

Quality of this product is smewat less than previous purchase.....as it is mainly for babies please take care of the quality.....

it is very poor quality and old stock
We are regular users. Used to get from Wayanadu. Compared to that, it is very poor quality and old stock. Pricing is very high.
