Works great!
It worked great! No leaks! Way better than the cheap petcocks that are way too small for a VN800. It's much cheaper than a brand new stock one at 90 some odd dollars. Wish it had instructions but YouTube does.

Awesome vendor, useless product
The item came in very fast. No issues at all with the vendor. VERY straight forward. Item as described with a minor issue. I replaced the old parts one by one and the thing was leaking from everywhere. The diaphragm gasket and the aluminum piece was waaaaay to small and was letting gas flow through freely. Also the gasket that seals the knob itself was also leaking(too thin?)... anyway had to use the old diaphragm, and the three hole gasket behind the knob. Replaced the spring and the gasket around the knob from the new package. Useless ... next time I will buy a replacement Petcock altogether because the kit was useless. Again no issues with the vendor whatsoever, their handling was superb../ will definitely buy from them again, but will steer away from the manufacturer of the replacement kit.

Very happy.
Awesome. Fuel had destroyed the rubber in my older bike. This had everything I needed and worked perfect.

still leaks after installing kit
kit arrived and was complete. INstalled in OEM petcock body. Then reinstalled the rebuilt petcock into my bike's fuel tank. Added fresh gasoline. Leaks just as badly as before I rebuilt. Tested valve by blowing gently into the vacuum port with a piece of rubber tubing. This causes the leak to stop. I figure either the spring is weak or the rubber o-ring that seals the passage inside the petcock isn't right. Not happy....

Couldn't use some parts
Used this on my 1996 Kawasaki Vulcan 800. I was able to use all the parts except the diaphragm. It kept leaking fuel around the tiny o-ring. Luckily my old diaphragm was still good so I was able to use that. My "smiley o-ring" was the one that was bad. I don't think this kit should cost as much as it did providing that not all the parts worked, at least for me.

Overpriced
The OEM fit is good but the kit is very overpriced. I will update this after I test it.

Great oem rebuild kit
Great product, like oem replacement gaskets. Rebuilt 2003 zrx1200r, use petroleum jelly to lubricate seals to prevent splitting. Great kit, stopped my petcok leak. Thank you
