Have used this to wash a few hats and it has worked beautifully each time. Over time you might need to secure it with some zip ties but that wouldn’t be hard to do. I had a few hats that had stains on them and this allowed to wash them easily in the washer on the delicate setting. The hats kept their shape and I kept the hat in here until it dried. Very happy with the product.

Works, but seems a bit large. Kept my hat formed nicely and stayed together the 1 time I used it so far. Seems to work great. I would recommend.

I've only used this item once, but it worked satisfactorily. This hat washer claims that you can use it either in the dish washer or washing machine. I used mine in a front-load washing machine. It didn't fall apart, and the hat came out mostly clean (I also used a mesh bag in gentle cycle). The plastic doesn't seem flimsy or easily breakable; so I think it should withstand several future washes.So far no issues with this purchase; and I would recommend it to others looking for a hat washer. 4-Stars only because I saw other similar products that came with a mesh bag. I used my own mesh bag in my wash for extra protection.

I just saved half of my husband’s hats! This was so easy to use held the hats perfectly and they came out looking new. He was skeptical to let me wash some of his favorites, but they came out clean and didn’t affect how they fit at all. I did several hats in with different types of laundry and the hat and the basket came out without any damage. Would definitely recommend.

I see a lot of bad reviews on this cage and I don't understand the issue people are having. I bought this exact one last year and couldn't find it so I bought a 3 pack this time. I've washed many many hats. I have over 300 fitted hats so I think I can give you a honest review on this hat cage. I have a regular washing machine. I have had the cage open once on me in the washing machine after a dozen or so washes. I see alot of people complaining about this. It's a simple fix. What I did is bought 500 4 inch zip ties off Amazon. I use 2 zip ties to make sure the cage don't come apart in the wash. The cage does its job. My hats come out clean. I don't put my hats in the dryer. What I do is lay a t-shirt over my head, put the hat on and then take the tee shirt and stuff as much as I can on both sides into the hat. This makes the hat full There will be no saggy parts. 20 minutes later your hat is dry and in perfect condition. No messed up brim no saggy side panels. Just a nice clean hat like the day you bought it. If you're on the fence about buying this just follow my zip tie method and you'll be fine. You can buy 500 4 inch zip ties for 5 bucks, maybe even cheaper. Hope this review helps. Almost forgot. I'm a size 8 and I don't curve my brim. I did wash one of my friend's hats that curves his bill. Before washing I straightened out the brim ( how it looks brand new ) put it in the cage, zip tied it down and tossed it in the washer.( gentle cycle cold water) When it was done I put a shirt over my buddies head. Threw it on his head and had him curve the brim back to where he wanted it. Told him to stuff the shirt as much as he could on both sides and 20 minutes later his hat was fresh and clean. His words exactly is this is better then a brand new hat because not only is it clean its also broke in. He is a size 7 1/2. Hope this review was helpful.

Holds my hats well when washing them and applying starch. Good unit.

The cage deformed after 3 uses. Warm water, no/low spin in a front loader.Bag is still intact though.

Great quality and hods up well. Been using for a long time and still like brand new. Great product!
