I had another 8 ch. system already in place, but after 2 yrs., that system starting giving me problems connecting remotely. It did not let me view the cameras from my phone. Ever since the beginning with that system, it gave me problems, the unit would restart on its own, got disconnected from the network, it was just very annoying. That system was a Zosi... stay away from ZOSI DVR's, the cameras are good. Well, this new system is a 16 ch. and it had 8 cameras that came with it, this was perfect for me since I already had 8 at my house installed outside, I was going to use these 8 new cameras to install inside the house as well. I had a 1TB hard drive from the old system which I removed and installed on this new system, no problems whatsoever, I installed the cameras in my house and connected them into the DVR and worked perfectly. The DVR itself was easy to understand and setup. I hope this unit lasts longer than the ZOSI, so far so good... THanks,

i still can not see the cameras on my monitori have the gateway okthe test network okand the test DNS okplease help asapthank you

they wont work with other cameras i already had

I loved the cameras and the look of them and how clear they show, but since it didn’t come with a hard drive, I sent it back

The ayatem works perfect I've been using it for about a year now. I have added other model cameras and works great.

Just sent back number six. Dvr on all six dead on arrival.
