Update 4/2/2020: The company reached out right after this review and tried to make things right by sending a new drum. They communicated quite a lot trying to make sure the new one worked. Unfortunately it did not. The machine would not accept another off brand drum either. It would seem it must be a genuine drum. I would consider purchasing other items from this company as good customer service is a high priority to them.I ordered this in November because the Xerox was giving me the drum replacement warning. The prints became light today so I finally opened the replacement (3/17/20). The prints had significant ghosting. After troubleshooting for about 30 minutes I put the old drum back in and no ghosting! Unfortunately I cannot return it because it has been too long. DO NOT purchase if you have a Xerox 3330.

I installed this in my Xerox 3330 as a replacement but when printing with it everything printed out smudged all over the paper. I had to buy the xerox version of the replacement.
