CHPN Exam Flashcard Study System: Unofficial CHPN Test Practice Questions & Review for the Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse Examination (Cards)

I was raised on the flashcard system. It was used for reading, english, math, and music. I am used to a question on one side of the card and an answer on the other, with both the question being short and the answer usually being only a word or two. These flashcards are much different, they ask you to explain an ideas, or prinicples surrounding the topic, in which the answer is quite long and detailed. I understand that this method really tests whether you have true knowledge of the topic or if you are simply memorizing rote answers to easy questions. Now that I have shared that with you, let me say that the system really works. I used the same system for the oncology certification nurse exam and passed the exam the first time around. The questions on these cards challenge you to really comprehend the prinicples of a given topic. If you can verbalize an understanding of the whole topic, then it doesn't matter how the question is worded on the exam, you will be able to recognize the answer. This product is well worth the money and I am hoping it will help me succeed with the CHPN test like it did the OCN test.

I purposely waited until I had taken my exam to review this product . I did pass my certification test and I believe these cards were helpful. I would suggest these cards as an addition to the NHPCO study guide which I found to be the best way for me to study .these cards have condensed facts and information which I reviewed when I was short on time , good to keep in the car or carry with you etc . I would recommend these cards as a good addition for studying but definitely not the only way to study in my opinion.

I haven't used it fully just yet, but first impression is good. There are a lot of cards to study and I feel like I will never learn it, but it seems like a good system so far.

Very easy to prepare flashcard system, easy to ready. I look forward to using these cards for the next few weeks as I prepare for the CHPN exam.

It’s easy to understand and easy to learn. I’m studying with my coworker and we are working together during our break time or end of the day. We just started but so excited that we learn a lot from the flash cards
