Used for carpal tunnel
We already had the ice machine for hubby's hip so I got this part to use for my carpal tunnel and it works so well! Gets cold super fast and is big enough to wrap around my arm fully lengthwise.

They worked great, kept the swelling down and easy to use
Bought this in addition to the knee pad to use after our son’s knee surgery. They worked great, kept the swelling down and easy to use. Hint to anyone using the Ossur cold Rush system don’t use loose ice to make cold water for treatment! Much too messy. Use 16 oz plastic water bottles. We found using six of them worked great. Three in the freezer waiting to replace the three in the Ossur. So much less messy.

It leaks!
Having high schoolers in sports we purchased this and others. By the time we got around to using this one we were upset to see it leaks. Unfortunately it’s too late to return it. If you order, please test it to confirm it doesn’t leak before you get stuck with it and out $.

These are awesome
Using it with a Breg Cube. Excellent for old injuries that need continued PT life long. Ice therapy that stays cold and does not melt or sweat through. Love it

Works well.
Did what it's supposed to

Flimsy
This is ok as far as food but it's flimsy and can easily come apart where it attaches. Awful expensive for something made so poorly.

Works great
We have owned one before and like the way it cools down and stays cool for some time. We also like the fact that we can use different attachments to cover certain parts of the body.

BEWARE - not returnable despite words to contrary
I ordered this in advance of surgery as recommended by my doctor - I did so because the listing indicated that returns would be ok. Since it turned out that I didn’t need it, I went to return it (it is unopened and is in pristine condition) only to find out that I was blocked from returning it. I can understand it if returns were disallowed if it was opened but it is unopened. Very upset about the misleading listing.
