Erratic
I just want it to turn on and off the AC in my garage. It worked fine at first but after a couple of months it has stopped working twice. I changed the battery and it still wouldn't turn on the unit. The next day I tried again and it worked.

Not as advertised
When I ordered this item I was very careful to check to see if my ac was on the list of the ones it was compatible with. It was. If you call only turning it on and off compatible then someone has a misunderstanding of the meaning of the word. Although it also adjusted the temperature of the ac up and down, there was about a ten degree difference in what it said on the remote and what it said on the ac. For those who complained about not being to change the remote between Fahrenheit and Celsius I accidentally found that if you press the temperature up and down buttons at the same time it will change from one to the other. All in all I don't need a remote to just turn the unit on and off. Sent it back and received a refund.

Good price
Not all features work on my AC, other than that it does the basics job

DOES NOT WORK.
Remote won't bring my AC below 75 degrees, whereas the button pad will bring it down to 66. I wrote the seller and never got a response.

Good for On/Off only
Unfortunately, only the power button functioned. Not able to lower the temperature past 74 degrees and the timer function did not work.

WILL NOT SYNC WITH TEMPATURE! Different model than photo. We can’t go below 77F!
The media could not be loaded. Turns on AC but doesn’t sync so won’t turn my AC below 64 F on its monitor which is 77 F on our AC… we Only needed it to link it to a smart app appliance that we got so it workedfor that but I’m returning it because what use is this to us if we can’t even have it lower than 77Also note the one we got does not look like the one pictured I understand it’s only one little difference of the button but it doesn’t have Celsius or Fahrenheit and it’s a different style so I don’t know if that has something to do with it
