Unlike other drawstring bags, these are thick enough so the contents are not seen. The quality of the bags and the drawstring add to the value. I used these to package some tiny books I made. There were stray strings I needed to cut off, but the effort was still worth how the final product looked. I will check to see if these bags come in larger sizes for other art products.

the bags had a musty smell to them - but after allowing them to be in the sun and open air, it seems to have gone away. We won't be using them as tea bags - will use them for holding cedar shavings and placing them in closets/drawers. Perfect for this use.
