Works, DO NOT BUY - Get Terminated Cables and Passthrough KeyStones
As far as Cat6a jacks, these work, and are meant to be used on bulk cable. See below on why you should reconsider this route, despite these being functional products.Installing these is difficult and error prone (unless you do this every day). I ended usually wasting one or two of these per drop ($$), in part because installation is just a pain in the butt. Generally one use, you pretty much have to toss them if you screwed up. Usually is a 15-30+ minute job on a single drop.Recommend you instead buy factory terminated cables at required lengths and Passthrough Keystone jacks. It will cost probably ~25% more, but it will make the install a 30 second procedure vs a 30+ minute procedure, not to mention you will have piece of mind that you are buying a factory terminated cable rather than a potentially dodgy self-terminated one. Future replacement will be as easy as ordering a replacement cable. This apples in a home environment (where you don't have expensive testing equipment, nor likely to keep track of packet loss), and doubly so in a professional/business environment (where you don't want to be chasing packet loss gremlins due to one of the conductors shaking loose over time).

It Works
I bought these as a replacement for other Keystone jacks that did not work. I managed to terminate two drops (so, four jacks used) and hit 1 Gbps with no errors on each link. I don't have any equipment capable of testing or establishing a 10 Gbps link which is what CAT6A is rated for.The issue keeping this from being a 5-star product is that the plate covering the block where the wires are terminated is not attached to the jack itself. It is a separate piece. While it does seem to fit into place, I felt obligated to use the zip-tie that comes in the package.
