Sennheiser SC 260 Headset – Wired (504402),Black

I used these Monday for the first time they worked fantastic, they sound quality in both ears was 100% and the microphone quality was also 100%. They are comfortable and easy to wear for a long period of time. I work in a call cneter noise cancellation is critical for me and these did the job. I could hear my callers with no problem and they could hear me.

It comes with a very unusual port which I can't plug into anything, and which I can't get an adapter for. I don't even seem to be able to complain about it and request the required adapter from Sennheiser through Amazon. Very disappointed.

I am a work from home mom in need of noise cancelling microphone headset, since my kids are very rowdy and noisy! This headset was the answer to my prayers!! They can be knocking and hollering at my office door and the client still can't hear them! It is great for me and well worth the investment!!! Please NOTE: buy the required cord suggested in amazon.

I was very excited to purchase these headsets for its noise cancellation they are great quality. My only downfall is they aren't comfortable for more than 5 hours but are manageable for 8 if need be. You do need to purchase an additional piece so the headset will connect to your USB for this particular model you'll need to purchase the Sennheiser USB ED 01. Personally, it would have been worth me spending an extra $15 with the model that has the USB already set up to plug right into your USB and comes with a volume adjuster button on the headset. Overall I'm still searching for comfort as far as quality they are great.

Really great pair of headphones, I was a little worried when I got them because they have what looks like the hard scratchy ear pads but they're surprisingly soft when you touch them or put them on. The boom adjusts but is hard plastic so when you move it that's where it's going to stay. I refused to buy a new headset for a long time because the prices are ridiculous - this one seemed reasonable while still being comfortable.

This headset is comfortable and does a great job with noise-cancelling mic. It's a cost effective solution for Skype and internet radio.

I am a corporate pilot and am a big fan of Sennheiser headphones, so I expected this headset to provide Sennheiser's superior audio quality and noise reduction technology. When it arrived, I was surprised to see that the headset doesn't cover the ears. Also, the foam covers looked cheap. So, I was a bit leery at first, but I am very impressed and pleased with the product, and I highly recommend it. One word of caution. The headset does not connect directly to your phone. Its cord ends with a connector that must be paired with a part that you have to purchase separately. Part CTSD01 will connect your headset to a phone via a square jack (like a phone jack). Part CCEL190-2 will connect your headset to a phone via a prong. These are proprietary, meaning you must order a Sennheiser part. You won't find these connecting cords at Best Buy or Radio Shack. So when you order the headset, be sure to look at your phone and order the correct additional part!

I work from home and use this headset. It has very good call quality both ways. People hear me clearly and I hear them clearly as well. You do have to purchase the correct extender, so be sure to do so.

I have been using the Circle SC 260 headset for close to 10 years and I must say comfort, sound quality and everything else is awesome so I would give it 5 Stars. But there is a twist. Now with WFH and age the cable covers have worn out and I get a lot of static and dropped audibility so I decided to buy a new pair on Amazon Singapore for just above SGD 100 which is pretty reasonable. To my surprise, when the headset arrived, it really only is the headset without the USB connector cable. So I just had to order the USB connector cable for nearly the same price as I paid for the headset already, SGD 91 + shipping. I would hope that Sennheiser and its resellers would stop this misleading practice and either bundle them together or make it clear in the product description that you cant use the headset if you dont buy a connector as well. As much as I like this particular headset I will definitely shop around and compare others in the SGD 200 price range the next time, when I need a headset for myself or for our company. Short term gain, long term loss for Sennheiser.

軽くて、長い時間つけていても苦にならないです。（一日中つけていると、さすがに耳が痛くなりますが） マイクについては、かなり良いようです。 スピーカーというか、音の聞こえは、普通ですけど、音楽を聴くみたいなものだと、少し軽い感じの音に聴こえてしまう感じがします。オンライン会議なんかを行うには、十二分に聞こえる音のクオリティですが。

Leí las reseñas en las que se indicaba que no traía cable para conectar al teléfono. Ni la descripción ni la foto del producto permitían determinar cuál era el cable incluido, así que visité el sitio de Sennheiser y algunos sitios de reseñas y ahí se veía un cable USB, que hubiera servido para mí (planeaba conectarlo a mi computadora). Ahora bien, al recibir el producto, descubrí que sólo trae un cable muy específico, que requiere obligatoriamente un cable adaptador, trátese de teléfono fijo, teléfono inteligente o USB. Busqué el cable en Amazon y sólo un proveedor externo lo tiene, a un precio de 150% de la diadema misma, y con un tiempo de entrega de varias semanas. Busqué con otros proveedores, incluso en las oficinas nacionales de Sennheiser, y nadie tenía ese cable disponible. No tuve oportunidad de valorar la calidad del producto, pues resulta simplemente inutilizable.

De headset werd veel sneller dan verwacht thuis geleverd. Helaas moest ik na het uitpakken vaststellen dat de headset niet van de verwachte USB aansluiting was voorzien. Nochtans had ik bij de zoekopdracht op de Amazon website wel gespecifieerd. Nadien kreeg ik dan de keuze tussen 2 verschillende leveranciers, waarbij dus één NIET overeenstemt met de gevraagde specificaties. Als snelste en vermoedelijk ook goedkoopste oplossing heb dan ook via een andere webshop een bijpassende Sennheiser adaptor aangekocht.
