It’s a great size, nice quality, just a little disappointed how much rust water pours out from the lip after every cleaning.

These baking sheets are sturdy, heavy duty and overall perform well. However, when baking the same items, i.e. cookies, on Cuisinart and Nordic Ware, Cuisinart tends to bake them faster, thus providing less-than-perfect temperature and timing control. In comparison to Wilton basic baking sheets, Cuisinart is of better quality.

Very sturdy, bought as a gift so I can't rate cleaning or heat distribution.

Disappointed as warped at 220C

So I first learned of these cookie sheets from the set of the same that my mom has. I must say that I am just as impressed with these. Thick, sturdy, very well built. I love the edge on these, nothing you are baking will slide off. With the dimensions of these, you can easily fit 2 of them in an oven at a time, making for a double batch of baking. They bake very well, evenly and the material is great. I often use parchment paper to line them when baking. They are sturdy and not at all a flimsy construction. I purchased 4 and I couldn’t be happier. I have been searching for these for years without any luck, so you can’t imagine how happy I was to find them.
