Perfect for retrofitting old Square Thule racks for universal track mounts on camper shell
I had a set of square Thule roof racks and many accessories from the 80s, but the attachments didn't fit my camper shell that has a universal track system. These racks fit the Thule cross bars perfectly. I was able to use Kayak Rail/Track Screws to secure these base stays into my track system (see photos). Works perfectly and holds very securely.I love that these base stays include keyed locks. Great value compared to the Thule or Yak systems.

Does not fit the car we bought this product for
Have had a very hard time trying to get this product to fit on the roof of our Mazda 6. We've ordered multiple different parts and nothing seems to work. Very disappointed in this product and this was a gift to our son so he could transport his kayak with his car. Any advice or help would be appreciated.
