Was sold as new. Box was open. Not ok when this is a food item and for the price paid.

Cups Not Included!
Easy to make and is ready right away. Tasted great.I'm only giving 3 stars because there are no little cups in the kit. The product description doesn't mention this and, unless you zoom way in on the photo, it's nearly impossible to see the tiny "cups not included" on the box. Not cool, Jello!

its not that I don't like the product
Buyer Beware. its not that I don't like the product, but its over $11 for one box. I ordered the princess one for my granddaughters and there were SIX boxes for $14. Its not the product, it's the price. Otherwise, no complaints

This item was expired by 4 months and is not eligible for return/refund. Very disappointed.

The box was left outside in the rain, when I arrived home to get it, box and jello box was crumbled.
