upgrading to 4 stars after months.... finally it got fluff back! duh. no idea why it took such long time. one star less because for the down content (30%) this is quite expensive. in USA i had full down (cannot remember but i suppose that was full down) was hardly $50-$100 for queen size pairs. and they sold with 5 grades of softness.—- original review below —-No matter how much you fluff it, it falls back to stone like structure. Hardly one inch thick.! I have comforter made out of down and that always remain fluffy.Totally avoidable.

Pillows without their covers have not been found to be as expected. We paid heavy price but it proved to be a big disappointment.
