I like the mix of both small pieces for my sparrows and chickadees and larger pieces for my cardinals, woodpeckers, and Bluejays. I use it year round.

I didn’t check the flavor on it but the birds seem to like it.

Some blue Jays enjoyed it but no woodpeckers of anything interesting like that.

Although all seem to like this, the cost is getting too much........

I thought this would attract a lot of birds, but it didn’t. It seems the birds prefer black oil sunflower seeds instead of this mixture. It did attract one kind of woodpecker. I’m glad I only bought a small bag.

I rated the flavor a 5, because the woodpeckers kept coming back for more. But many different birds also enjoyed the nut feeders with this food in it. The food seemed very fresh and stayed fresh in the feeders until it was gone. I used a mesh feeder so that many different types of birds could enjoy the food.

I usually buy the fruit and nut but money is tight and this was cheaper. So I grabbed this.The blue jays sit in the trees and yell nonstop whej I place this for me to go inside. Onxe I do it’s an assembly line of jays swooping and grabbing. They can’t get enough.Cardinals. Jays. House finches. They ALL love it.Oddly my woodpeckers just eat the suet still.But the other birds this is like bird crack.Lyric has never done me dirty. Always high quality and affordable. The best bird food.

Birds love it. Easy to fill feeder and no mess.
