Bioengineered Nutrition Research Group Power Crunch Ready to Drink, Vanilla Creme, 12 Count

I have tried many protein drink supplements without finding one I could continue to use due to my sensitive stomach, most protein drinks have added stuff that causes my gut distress(carrageenan) currently i'm trying to eliminate trigger foods so I can heal and overcome varies health issues, then I found myself struggling to keep my body receiving the protein it needs, I eat clean as I can so I avoid garbage like ensure, and this can now be added to help absorb nourishment and I do not have to compromise taste. I crave the vanilla flavor, and enjoy the taste and smoothness of the drink, I have just ordered chocolate too. It is such a relief to have found something I can tolerate and feel good about sharing this in hopes that it may help someone else. Im not a fan of online ordering however Amazon is the only place I have found I can buy it by the box, all went well.

Very chemical and yucky tasting

I decided to try this even though it has more sugar than I want in a protein shake. I like the idea of including of micronutrients in a protein shake and I was hoping the looser macros might mean they prioritized taste. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case. It is oppressively sweet and merely middle of the road in all other aspects. I probably won't finish my pack.

I bought these because I love the power crunch bars. I thought they were very sweet and the sucralose flavor lingered long after. They do taste good but I'll stick with the bars.

Their protein wafer bars are way better. These ready to drink shakes are awful. Once you peel the protective foil after unscrewing the top, this smell overpowers you. Sour smell. Chemical taste. The aftertaste is even worse. I tried the Vanilla (12 pack) and this Double Chocolate (12 pack, that the manufacturer sent me because I thought the Vanilla batch was just bad). But they have to do another test/focus group on this. I don't know how this passed any taste test.
