What I Love Outweighs What Annoys Me.
I just got my tag last night, so I am giving you my first impressions. Let's start with the positives. The QR code works well. I tried it out this morning, with my own cell phone and it went to the information website where the info I put in there was easily accessed. And I got a notification that my code had been accessed. The tag itself is very visible, so it would catch the eye of a medical professional. The writing was small, but readable even to someone like me that has low vision issues. Most importantly, this will give any medical professional all of my vital and ever-changing information in a few minutes. This could be life-saving. The things that annoy me: It is kind of big. Another reviewer said it was the size of a dime, but the tag I have here is actually slightly bigger than a nickel. (I checked with the U.S. Mint) but that is kind of the point, isn't it? The tag is packaged with rather strong tape holding it down to a card, and that adhesive left behind residue that is not wanting to come off very easily. Not a big deal unless you react to adhesive. But it is coming off with some effort. The biggest frustration for me is not with the tag itself, but the website where I am tying to input my information. It is not very user friendly. Slides with important information keep advancing without enough time to read all of the information on them, the setup of where you input the information is counterintuitive. I got too frustrated to go much beyond putting in my name, picture, and allergens. I will tackle it again today. Thankfully I am stubborn, but if someone is not very computer savvy, this could deter them from putting in all of their information. And this would be a relatively easy fix for the company. Also, while there is a section for listing your medications, there is not a spot for listing supplements. Perhaps they intend for that to go in with the medications, but none of them are listed in the drop down menu. All in all, none of those frustrations are enough to deter me from loving this product. I am SO glad to have it. My biggest suggestion for the company is to fix that website to make it more user friendly. And if you are considering buying this tag, do so, it is worth the peace of mind.

Safe
This product is safe and worth it! In an emergency situation I am hoping this will come in handy. I will say that having your own personal code can be a hassle because if it is life threatening paramedics, or standby pedestrians might not know how to use this.

I feel 100% better knowing that first responders will have quick access to ...
I had a serious health issue this summer for which I was hospitalized. I have many health issues and am on a lot of medication and have allergies as well. I feel 100% better knowing that first responders will have quick access to my entire medical history. I am wearing this charm as a pendant on my own sterling silver necklace and I know it will be seen because I never take it off and I know from experience that they take all your jewelry off in the emergency department. It was fairly easy to enter all my information on my Dynotag page, which I can go in and change any time. The charm looks just like it was described, is of good quality and is waterproof - you can wear it in the shower. There are no electronics or batteries in the tags. I like that it has a lobster claw clasp. The information you enter online is saved to Dynotag's "Cloud Server." You can set up who can see your information and what information in particular they can see when the tag is scanned by someone. You can password protect it. This is all explained on the page as you set it up. Check out all their other products - for pets, property, luggage etc. I highly recommend this product to any one who has a medical history they want first responders and health care professionals to obtain quickly, especially if you might not be able to communicate with them when they arrive or you arrive at the emergency department.

Lots of medical info
I filled the app out online and there was a lot of room to add in whatever you can think of. I put it in my wallet with my life emergency card with other medical info. I was afraid of it breaking off a key chain or bracelet.

Too small to read in a real life emergency situation but great website
This tag is about the size of a dime. The wording is so small that I would think that someone would very easily miss this as a way to get information in an emergency situation. I now have to buy something much bigger because this would not give you the piece of mind you desire. Even though it does say "First Responders" it lacks the universal medical alert symbol.Having said that, the website is very user friendly and easy to navigate for you and whoever by chance would use it. It provides the scan option as well as a call in option. The problem is the wording is soo tiny you would need a magnifying glass just to get the code off of it. Again, this is not something you would want happening in a real life emergency situation. So the "3 stars" are for the great website. The lack of the 2 additional stars are for the small tiny almost unreadable wording and the small size of it that would make it easy to miss in a real life emergency situation. If they increase the size of it I would definitely upgrade my stars.

Modern tech replaces the limited space on a medical alert bracelet.
This hangs off my service animal's vest. He has a normal dog tag, a service dog tag with emergency medical information and this one. I removed the jump ring and hook and just use his split ring on his harness to attach it with his other ones. This is my fourth Dynotag purchase. They make using their products easy. It's so much better than wearing a medical alert bracelet because there's more space to provide information. This is critical for someone with a complicated medical history. The local medical establishment will not use USB medical drives because of the virus risk. Almost everyone has smartphones these days. Scanning this QR code poses no threat to the device scanning it and has been praised by our local ER when they had the unfortunate opportunity to scan my tag.
