Love this case! The top is rubber and doesn't come apart so there's no way to lose the pieces which has been a problem with other battery cases. It barely adds any weight and is rubberized on the outside. It has an indicator for charge with a small button on back bottom that is very discrete. Love it!Update: The bottom metal charge piece snapped off in my phone so the case/battery is now worthless.

I have owned this product for just over 5 months. I noticed intermittent charging problems starting maybe 2 months ago. Now I cannot charge the battery case. That makes it completely useless for me. This is very disappointing. Below is my original review.I have only had this battery case for a few days. As I gain more experience with it, I may modify my comments. I saw another battery case with a bigger, longer lasting battery, but it was much heavier and thicker. I selected this one because I wanted one that wasn't too thick and heavy that it would be too bulky and heavy in a pocket. My other criteria is I wanted a battery case that would get me through an entire day and night without recharging. So far, this seems to fit my needs. it's a little thicker than a normal cell phone case. It adds some weight, but is not as heavy as the larger battery case I saw. I charged it and my phone (when the phone is in the case, it charges the phone first and then the battery case) the other night. When the phone battery power percentage was in single digits, I pressed the button on the case to charge the phone. it looks like I can get one full charge from the battery case with a small amount left for maybe a 10% additional charge. That seems more than sufficient for me. I am willing to trade battery life for less bulk and weight. I cannot speak about durability since I just received it this week. To charge the phone, you have to press the small button on the back of the case and press it again to turn off the charging function when done. Depending upon my usage, it seems the phone with the battery case lasts 2 to 3 days without having to plug it in. I am pleased.

This case is really thin. Fits the phone tightly. It looks like a silicone case. Sides are solid but bottom and top, has only rubber. I thought that in such a thin case will not be a strong battery, but it is enough to charge my iPhone 7 plus for 100% with 15% if I don't not use the phone while charging from the case.

Seeing as I tend to forget to charge my phone throughout the day this case is perfect as I only need to charge once and I have the backup battery for the remainder of the day. The great thing is that it takes the iPhone's lightening cable as its charger and charges your case and phone at the same time, so no need to buy additional cables like a micro-USB most cases come with. Sturdy and all rubberized so it provides a good grip and peace of mind should it fall.

it's more lightweight than others. It has a 4000mAh battery which can charge my phone at a critical moment. In addition, the case is highly cost effective compared with others.

I have no idea why everybody talks trash on this case. Is actually a really good case and it’s a light and functionable. I can still use wireless charging without a disruption and nothing has been affected. Excellent case and I love it!

We ordered 2. One for my wife and one for myself. Easy to put on the phone and easy to plug for charging. Downfall is the case itself won’t accept a charge consistently. It cuts off an on during charging for no apparent reason. This was the case for both cases. We tried different chargers with different outlets and overall they just will not allow the phone to charge or the battery pack to charge when plugged up consistently. Awesome when they did work, but we both feel that the battery life of our phones runs out much faster with the battery pack case being used.

it stopped charging my phone 2nd day I started using it... I bought it for a trip I started two days ago (7-10-19) and it stopped working today... so disappointed... It’s not worth it... and I’m out of my time range to return it.
