DO NOT use in Instant Pot!! I worked hard making a veggie lasagne I saw online, and the minute we took it out of the IPot (luckily I had just put it on a baking sheet) it shredded in many many pieces!! Not happy! Wasted money.

It's nice there are a variety of colored lids, and the pyrex are always great. I just got them, and have used one in the oven. I know they even go from fridge to preheated ovens, smaller ones I have had. so jut a good item.

I am a dedicated buyer of Pyrex products; I grew up using my mom's Pyrex glass measuring cups, so I knew that they were able to stand up to years of use and abuse. I bought these two containers specifically to hold my home-made ice cream, and they are perfect for that. Being in the freezer does not cause these containers to crack or leak.Common-sense note - do not put any un-tempered glass containers that have been in the freezer directly into a preheated oven! Drastic temperature shifts for ANY glass or ceramic containers will likely cause cracking at best, shattering at worst. Tempered glass has been treated so that extreme temperature changes will not cause shattering, but they still can crack if there is an existing flaw (e.g., a chip in the edge).

These are very nice glass storage containers, a great size for leftover soups and stews, which I often make. My only complaint is that if you nest them, they stick together and are difficult to separate, since they do not have the traditional beveled edge of my other Pyrex containers. This is the only reason for four stars.

Nice quality is what you expect from Pyrex. You can freeze it or microwave it but prob not a good idea to throw one into the microwave right after taking it out of the freezer. There are videos on the internet showing them blowing up. I have however taken them out of the freezer and set them on the counter for an hour before microwaving and hadn't had any problems. I don't really care what color the lids are. This one I bought was turquoise and that's cool as it looks kinda summery.

The glass containers looked greenish, dark, and wavy. There were several cracks at the bottom of one of them. Pyrex mark and signature were different from the original containers that I have at home, so it was easy to tell the difference. The 2-piece bundle came in a tiny bubble bag, not with Pyrex packaging!!

I cook in batches to save daily cooking time. I use these to store leftover food. Saves space in the fridge. Cleanup is easy. I just sometimes soak this in dish liquid a few minutes and then handwash it. The other reason I bought this is for the size as it can hold several servings which you can just microwave as needed. Haven't tried in the oven, though.

I have used Pyrex storage for years. I love the quality. I would avoid putting the plastic lids in the dishwasher - my sister-in-law does and her lids have cracked. I have always hand washed and never had a single issue.
