This is a lovely tap. Easy to operate and you can move the spout from left to right which is an added bonus

Modern well priced mono tap, finish appears robust and looks good, tap is easy to install and comes with all fittingsthis is the second one i've purchased to keep bathroom and en suite with the same look and happy with productso far

Tap is a bit bigger than I had hoped but works OK. When first installed the taps were closed when small handles were in a forward, horizontal position. Unlike any tap I have seen and certainly different to the one that it was bought to replace and also to the images shown on sellers website.I took the tap heads off and removed the ceramic cartridges. They had been fitted on "wrong" sides. Red one on cold side, blue on hot. I swapped them over, adjusted the plastic collars so taps handles are vertical when closed and all is now fine.

Had a few issues receiving my taps due to my first order disappearing courtesy of Royal Mail, but the 2nd set turned up a day after the new stock came in, as promised by the Customer Service team.The taps are a little smaller than my original taps of the same design and would go nicely in a small wash-room / half size sink.They don't look out of place on my full size sink, it's just I can't do what I planned which was to only replace the broken one, I don't mind I'll keep the old one as a spare. The internal ceramic discs don't fair well in heavy water areas and both my bath and sink taps have suffered on the cold water tap, so I'm interested to see if these are a false economy.I paid a lot more for my originals from Homebase, probably double - so I if these last as long and don't suffer the same issues I'll be very happy.

Seems good quality, nice action.The tap is small for a large sink. If the hole in the sink is greater than 55mm from edge to centre, then the tap spout will be a bit close so edge & splash onto the sink top is likely. I note that Nuie make a larger model, KC319, which would address this issue.The hole in the sink was a shade too large for the 50mm dia seating ring (top side if sink) & the clamping plate (underside of sink is woefully small. The hole in the sink also has rounded edges, making the mating surfaces an even worse fit. This is not the fault of the manufacturer per se, but still rather annoying.I ended up 3D printing a top & bottom collar, which allowed good contact under the sink & a face to stop the seating ring sinking into the hole rim on the top. I don't know why no-one seems to have addressed this before.

This is brilliant. Very easy to fit. I just needed a pair of 15 -22mm adapters @ couple of pounds each as my feeds were 15mm.Really nice operation looks smart and works well. The completely "clean" look on bath top gives a great finishGoing to get another for other bathroom.

Although the instructions were a little unclear the product was fairly easy to install for a DIY'er, especially with the help of YouTube (FYI the little allen key screw is to help centre align the unit in the overflow cut out on the bath). The flow appears slow but the bath does fill at moderate speed, I feel it could be a bit fast put the outlet is a lot wider than you typical tap so feels more like a waterfall than a hoseBiggest concern is the fragility of the material used for the overflow waste. You can see the angle of the pipe in the picture and manoeuvring it slight in that space was enough to cause the corrugated section of plastic to come away from the smooth section that joins it to the appliance. I would normally send a product of this build quality straight back, but the overflow and drain pieces have already been sealed in place so I have had to force the broken section up into where it had broke off and apply copious amounts of Plumbers gold. Whether this holds over time we will see, but hopefully this may help anyone else in the same position. I may have had a faulty unit and I am still in 2 minds as to uninstall it and send it back, but I will do further testing.

Love these taps transformed by bathroom and additional toilet room in an instance. I have high pressure so if turned on all the way you get soaked, but overall I am very have with my purchase. Delivery was so speedy I had them within two days of ordering them I was so shocked they came so quick. Instillation was fairly simple too,just be sure the measurements are the same as the ones you have now or you'll have to buy new fittings, we had to change our plastic pipes to felixable tap connectors. But, again it was fairly simple to do.
