What you get are 12 standard sets of RPG dice (d4, d6, d8, d10, d%, d12 and d20) in six colors -- two sets in each color. The colors are as pictured in the advertising: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. That makes for 84 dice in matched sets. In addition, you get a random assortment of sixteen dice in the same colors. The "offs" from my bag were able to make one more somewhat multicolored set with some additional d4s, d6s and d8s.Overall, the quality of the dice is very good. The colors are bright and the numbers are highly readable. They are pretty dice. I only noted one die where a scratched face had picked up some paint that was not removed as part of the polishing process. After inspecting ten of the dice closely under a bright light, I only found one with any noticeable bubbles, and those were no bigger than 0.5 mm in diameter.This set is about $3 more expensive than the Chessex "Pound-O-Dice" and the WizDice "100+ Polyhedral Dice". For that premium you are getting better quality dice overall than the Chessex bag and a guaranteed color palette. But when compared to the Wiz Dice bag, it's not the better value overall. The Wiz Dice bag contains well over 100 dice (mine had 119) and recently seems to be pulling in only complete sets. The Wiz Dice colors may be random, so you aren't guaranteed to get consistent colors or translucency, but you get more sets of dice and no offs.BOTTOM LINE: If you really want complete sets of translucent dice in primary/secondary colors, this is the bulk bag to get. If you aren't picky about getting specific colors, get the 100+ Pack of Random Polyhedral Dice in Multiple Colors Plus Free Pouch Set by Wiz Dice. If you just want a lot of funky dice and don't care about making sets, then the Chessex Pound-O-Dice is for you.

Exactly 100 dice, including 12 complete sets: 2 each in translucent red, blue, purple, green, yellow, and peach (!).The 16 extras were pretty randomly distributed, with enough for one additional non-matched set: 3d4 (Prp/Grn/Ylw/Pch), 4d6 (Prp/Grn/Blu/Red), 4d8 (Red/Prp/Ylw/Pch), and 1 each of d10 (Blu), d% (Grn), d12 (Blu) and d20 (Red).I ordered the WizDice 100+ pack as well, but got this as a backup because the WizDice reviews were so mixed. Turns out to have been a good idea, since the WizDice were poor quality with a large number of printing defects. The distribution was also completely random, with very few usable sets, let alone color matched sets. Plenty of WizDice customers are getting 16-17 matched sets, however, so YMMV. I'm sending my bad batch of WizDice back and keeping this set - well worth the $3 premium for the quality and distribution guarantee.

I purchased this primarily based on previous reviews indicating that people got several complete sets including all of the different colors. That is not what I received; I received about 7 complete sets of yellow (the color that I wanted least), a complete set of peach and a complete set of red and mixed dice for the rest of the colors. I did not get a complete set of purple or blue which were the ones that I wanted the most. If you need a ton of dice and don't mind having everyone use the same colors for their sets this probably still works but don't get it expecting at least one complete set of each color like other reviewers got.

lots and lots of dice. A purchase made because I didn't want the kids playing with my more pricey dice HUGE mistake, I have a 100 dice all over my house and it HURTs to step on one in the middle of the night - I was able to get 13 full sets plus assorted remainder dice. that is 12 full sets of a specific color, a thirteenth full set of multiple colors plus remainder dice. I would have personally preferred lots of the blue and green, ended up with lots of the red and green and "rose" colored. only one of the purple (which looks hot).Ding: some of the numbers are a mess - fine for the kids, but for a die lover, probably a bit annoying.

I got three sets each of red, yellow, blue, and green, with some random pinks, purples, and extra blues and greens.I gave this three stars because the description was accurate, but these are fairly low quality dice. Out of 13 d20's and 13 d12's, EVERY d20 was bubbled and/or damaged, and all but one of the d12's were bubbled. A quick glance at the other dice shows additional bubbles, some misprinted numbers, etc.They'll do the job, but I'm not expecting random rolls here.Review would have been four stars if these dice had been advertised as factory seconds, which they seem to be; in fact, when compared to factory seconds that I own from a well-known manufacturer, these are more like factory thirds. But, they are dice, they can be rolled, and almost all of them have legible numbers on them, so there you go.

Though you do recieve plenty of dice with several matching sets. the numbers on many of the dice are very sloppy or in some cases starting to fade. On a whole not a bad deal if your looking for pleanty of dice.

I have not used RPG dice in a long time. This pack included 12 complete sets (84) plus 16 extras of which I was able to make 1 mismatched set. As I expected the most sought after set (purple) was not one of my complete sets. This is fine as I expect since purple sells well I would not get it in a discount set. Over all the dice are in good order and the numbers were not smudged. There were a couple that had some issues with manufacturing but that's a 98% rate of good dice which is good for bulk dice.

Damn. I mean, honestly, like I would need a hundred dice! Well, I now have 12 full sets of role playing game dice in cool colours (plus eighteen more that just don't quite create a full set).
