It's Raining, It's Pouring (Iza Trapani's Extended Nursery Rhymes)

I only knew the first few lines of the story & song. Glad I ordered it since we now know the rest of the story.

My daughter loves this books and when it’s raining , she always sings this song.

Pvery cut book, very fun to read to the 2 yo group in my preschool and ages above this enjoy it too)!

I enjoy using stories like this that are an extension of the old nursery rhymes in my kindergarten and first grade classrooms. My students really have fun listening and looking at the pictures, and it doesn't take but one reading of the story to get them singing along! I also appreciate having the music on the last page in the book. My students have learned to recognize what written music looks like, just from reading books like this with me!

One of my favorite kids books ever. I love the extended lyrics

I don't know what it is about this book, but my 2 year old adores it and will ask for it to be repeated again and again. There are some silly scenarios and pictures we laugh at, and we read it in a sing-song voice. It's also a good book to learn about different kinds of weather and the change of seasons. Would highly recommend for toddlers.

I purchased this book 15 years ago (!) to sing to my children, and just bought this to give to my colleague and her new baby. The illustrations are so good...my children and I loved it. And having the lyrics in the book was good for all of us, including my husband, to get us all singing.

This is the second time I have bought this book! My grandson has one at his house for me to read to him and now I have one for my house! It has many verse's that are new to me. We talk about the pictures and I ask him to find different things in the book, he loves that!
