This looks like a dryer ball to me, what makes using this better than using one of my dryer balls?

I've been using a dryer ball for this purpose. It's not super sturdy, but it holds up to the pressure I put on it (I only weigh 100 lbs though). I'm thinking about ordering a legit massage ball because they're usually made of a dense, firm rubber that won't collapse like the plastic dryer balls feel like they'll eventually do, and they're a little smaller so would be perfect to keep one in my purse for work or travel.

How do you clean it? Can I put it in the dish washer or with y clothing in the washer?

You can probably just put it in a bowl with some soapy water to clean it.
