Had one exactly like this one on my car but the previous owner messed up the throttle plate screw threads. Bought this to replace it. Direct bolt on with all the hardware necessary! Plug and play (need to swap over your tps and map sensor) . Just remember to do an idle relearn after messing with the TB and adjust your tps. 100% love it!

The media could not be loaded.  Great product but does not fit the f22(A1,A4 or A6). From the website and Amazon listing - "Throttle Body for Honda B16/ B17/ B18/ B20/ D15/ D16/ F20/ F22/ F23/ H22 and H23 engines in its exclusive, fine shot-blasted surface finish. Skunk2’s Alpha Series Throttle Body is designed to be used with Skunk2’s Pro Series Intake Manifolds as well as OEM"Also the used box option didn't get a very good inspection, the box was missing the gasket and all included hardware.

TPS sensor doesn't fit properly shaft and throttle valve out of spec impossible to calibrate from 0.5V to 4.5V out of the box, you need to fix this problem before installation or idle speed will surge up and down badly the voltage readings must be accurate, engine runs lean after installation failed emission test (Hondata tunning is a must), leave the throttle stopper screw alone don't try to adjust that (throttle plate sticking problem), Skunk2 din't use a shaft seal only bearing don't use for turbo, boost leaks through shaft by throttle cable (perform leak test), I own two of these and both have the same problem, get the Edelbrock 4791 instead. Installed on a 96 Accord f22b2 got perfect and made throttle petal easy to push and even added horsepower car runs amazing no problems at all they include packet manual and sticker and some problems and solves to help you with any problems

I bought this to replace a crappy BBK that was on my car when I got it. The throttle body fit perfict on the aftermarket edelbrock intake on my B16a2. Skunk 2 makes great products and I will buy anything from them anytime.
