Thats it!! Ive been playing games on every console, PC's, Macs for 2 decades, so many games, and this beauty is my favourite of all time. Ive completed it 4 times and half way through my 5th on super hard and absolutely loving it all over again.It has everything, from beautiful landscapes that change with the day, the weather, the region drastically. It has amazing real characters that you just miss when you stop playing it, it has romance, a fantastic engrossing storyline, incredible action and gameplay that's so well tuned in.It has incredible open world progression, the game makers have put so much effort into this, every square inch is so detailed and full of things to do. The freakers are immense and evolve as you do with the games progression so well. The hordes THE HORDES, you will never experience such insane tension as when your being chased by literally thousands of screaming Z's trying to tear your limbs off.The rogue drifters and enemy camps you raid for resources, the far out post apocalyptic tribes, the survival and gathering, crafting mechanics, the endless weaponry, the super long game length with so many side mission.My partner literally stops watching TV next door to come watch me play this game instead, and doesnt do that with other games, she nags me to play it so she could see what happens next with the characters.You'd do yourself an injustice for not buying this cult game, that if it had come out before The Last of Us, no one would be talking about the later, and trust me, im a huge The Last of Us fan here, but Days Gone just wipes the floor in my opinion, and comes back for more.Get it now, you owe it to your future children to share this experience with them. You owe it to yourself to experience this true masterpiece of game design. Hats off and shotguns on, we got freakers to kill...

I've been playing this game for long enough to know what it's all about, and it is without a doubt the best open world game I've ever played. And yes that includes Red Dead Redemption II.As Deacon St. John - an ex Mongrel 1% biker - living in the near future where a zombie apocalypse has swept the world, and swept fast.There are few camps left where you can pick up jobs, as well as clearing out Zombie nests along your way, taking on the occasional hoard of brain hungry freakers to get to your Nero booster, and collecting all the things you need to survive along the way.As the game progresses, you'll get skill points which will go towards your inventory of different benefits. You'll also pick up Nero Boosters which will boost your stamina, health or focus. The higher you are on all of these, the higher your chance of surviving, or even taking on a hoard.I've probably played well over 100 hours so far, and there still seems like a hell of a lot to do, and the storyline is riveting. It's one game I actually shed a tear at one point.I did for Arthur too actually.But this game is without a doubt the best game I've ever played.It's absolutely flawless, apart from falling through the earth into nothing earlier, it's not glitchy like RD2, there are no floating horses.If I had some tips for when I started playing;Don't forget the side missions. Pushing through the story will get you too far too quickly.Know which camp deals in weapons and which deals in mechanics, and sell your bounties accordingly.Upgrade your fuel tank asap.Follow question marks to hostages, or other humans, but they will ALWAYS be trying to kill you.Use skill point on "repair melee weapon" asap. It's much easier than using your boot knife.Btw, I love that a lot of the survivors and marauders are female. It's hilarious having a little woman running at you when you're carrying your Superior Mace.

would have been 5 stars however.... this is not a uk rated game as stated in the picture ( pegi 18+ ) it arrived as M Mature 17+ which is the american rating. meaning trade in at places like cex will potentially refuse to accept it.

This is arguably one of the most immersive and interesting open world games I have played. The storyline is almost film like, the characters are relatable and the cut scenes and dialogue genuinely interesting (if somewhat a little long). The acting and animation is good and the body language and expressions from characters makes them so human. This then supports what is a really really good game.The gameplay is excellent and the ability to play open world is a real treat. The weapons get progressively stronger and I’m now playing on “new game +” which means all the good weapons and updated motorbike from completing it first time round are available from the beginning. And you can fast forward most of the cut scenes. So value for money, you can play again and again. Weapon selection and usage is slick and the AI of the enemies is clever; so not too predictable.This is a single player, FPS, not linked to online play (hallelujah). Once you’ve downloaded the game onto the PS4 and any supporting updates. You can then just play the game.I paid £20 for this on Amazon and it’s prob the best, most playable, most enjoyable game (pound for pound) I’ve ever played.

Anybody slating this games needs to see a psychiatrist! Prob most underrated game on playstation along with mad max! Wish my playstation wasnt broken so i could play it again! The best value for money game along eoth mad max

'Days Gone' provides an excellent Immersive game play drawing you into a post apocalyptic world with some great characters and wonderful areas to explore. If you like first person shooters, motorbikes and lots of battles, then this is the game for you. Coupled with wonderful scenery, and a soulful soundtrack, the game sucks you in and provides an alternative universe to escape in... if you can!!! Highly recommended.

Gioco stupendo e graficamente ineccepibile, giocato sulla ps5 è ancora meglio. La trama e i personaggi sono ben fatti e la durata del gioco è soddisfacente. Peccato averlo finito, soprattutto perché non ci sarà un sequel.

Para mi este es sin duda el mejor juego de la PS4.Las criticas fueron muy duras cuando salió por todos los bugs que tenía. Pero los que no tenemos prisa en comprar los juegos nuevos no tenemos ningún problema en este sentido, porque las actualizaciones ya se encargan de arreglar todos estos errores.A día de hoy me parece el mejor juego de la PS4 (y he jugado a muchos).Claro que para que estés de acuerdo con esto te tienen que gustar este tipo de juegos. Me explico:Se trata de manejar en a un personaje en mundo abierto en el que fundamentalmente tendrás que ir completando misiones para ir avanzando en la historia. Lo bueno es que tienes muchísimas misiones secundarias que le dan mucho tirón a la historia principal. A mí me recordó a una mezcla de Sons of Anarchy con Walking Dead...Sobre todo porque vas desplazandote con moto durante practicamente toda la historia y por la trama principal del juego que está envuelta en el mundo zombi post apocalíptico.Los retos de matar a las hordas me pareció una auténtica pasada. Hay 2-3 obligatorias en el juego. Pero en total son casi 40 que te podrás ir encontrando a lo largo del juego y son opcionales. Eso sí, hay que estar bien preparado para poder enfrentarte a ellas a efectos de recursos y niveles del personaje (el personaje por cierto podrás ir mejorandolo conforme vaya avanzando el juego con inyecciones NERO).La historia está muy bien hilada y a pesar de que haya gente que diga que las escenas cinematográficas le parecen demasiado largas, para mi valen la pena.No recuerdo que ningún juego me llegara a engachar igual que este en las consolas de última generación. Por ello y porque me lo paso igual de bien cada vez que juego, le doy un 10 de 10.

This is a great game. I got it for my husband. It isn't one that is a quick playthrough. It has a few glitches, but nothing major. All in all great game
