Item not received - supposed to be in a package with another item- did not receive batteries- how do I contact customer service?

Are these alkaline? (skoanbe 10pcs ag10 sg10 lr1130 1.5v button coin cell battery)

There is no way to tell. No package or cell markings to confirm or deny alkaline. Also, no place of manufacturer (I'm guessing China). Lengthy on line search showed these are solely sold through outlets (Amazon, Ebay, etc) in the USA.
