Wick wouldn't ignite
I ordered this wick as it is from the proper suppliers for Lampe Berger but it looks very different to the ones I've ordered in the past. I've had my lamp for nearly 20 years and have never experienced a problem before but the wick just won't burn. I have been communicating with the company and they have requested lots if photos and I've answered all their questions but I've got nowhere. I requested a refund but was then told the wick looked used in the photo. I explained it looks used because we have tried to light it numerous times. We've now given up. £15.99 down the drain

Véritable brûleur Berger
J'ai remplacé mon ancien brûleur cassé suite à une mauvaise chute de ma lampe. Je confirme qu'il s'agit bien d'un brûleur original Lampe Berger. La qualité est incomparable. J'avais essayé des copies chinoises par le passé, mais elles sont bien moins fiables et s'allument mal. Celui-ci fonctionne à la perfection dès la première utilisation. Je le recommande vivement.
