I initially got this to use as props for a play, but we have decided to use real salmon instead. These look very real, and in fact had them on a plate one night and someone asked if it was real lol We are going to use them to decorate the star board in our lobby for the show :) These "salmon" pieces on lettuce on a plate look quite appetizing :)
