The sound quality is good enough, especially at this price point. The documentation is in quick guide style and written in broken english making it hard to follow. I had trouble pairing the two earbuds together and the documentation does not have a troubleshooting section, but I did figure out how to fix it:If you are unable to pair both earbuds simultaneously to your device perform a manual reset:1. Delete all the "HBQ-Q17 tws" Bluetooth profiles on your device2. Power off both earbuds by holding down the buttons for 5 seconds3. Continue to hold the buttons for 20 seconds (this resets the earbuds)4. Put earbuds back into charging case and restart the pairing processWhen I did that they paired to each other without problem.

Love how it is easy to charge, and mostly connect with no problem. Bluetooth has a great range. Music is pretty good with no interruptions.

First of all, I loved the design. The case is combined with charging station + battery. It's very convenient. I use them for music while working on spread sheets. They last a very long time. Sounds quality is awsome. For a fraction of branded earphone cost, I recommend these for everyone.

I like to listen to music while working in the shop or on our farm. These ear buds are comfortable and seem to cancel external noise well and have reasonable bass and volume. In the past connecting wires have been a problem and something of a hazard working with power tools, in the woods and even while working on a tractor. Problem solved! No more wires to snag or pull out earpiece plus what I'd call, really good sound. Can't speak to battery life as yet but the charging case, ease of use and connectivity make me feel confident that this was a good purchase that I'll really enjoy. I already ordered another pair for my daughter.

Overall, I think this will be a good set to have. The sound is good and the case is small enough to keep in a jean pocket. After writing a review that mentioned not knowing (no mention in the instructions or online) that there was a blue film on the charging contacts and the earbuds wouldn't charge, I got a very pleasant email from the seller thanking me for the feedback and assuring me the issue was being mentioned to the appropriate people and a warning would be put on their product page. Now THAT is customer service! Would definitely purchase again if I needed another set.

Excellent sound quality, fast pairing. The charging case is really useful because i can use it to charge my phone. What impressed me most is that it fits my ear nicely, dont like other earbuds will make me uncomfortable. I like these bluetooth earphones and highly recommend.

I had AirPods and they broke so I went online and saw these. I saw the price and it was very cheap, so I bought it. When they arrived it was VERY good quality, and lasted about 4 hours without the case. Comparing these to AirPods these are way better. So what do you want $200 earbuds that break in 2 months, or $30 earbuds that take a little longer to connect but have a better sound quality and lasts longer than AirPods?

i use these at a factory where youre not supposed to. i use 1 at a time under my ear protection and jam all day. i can go 5-6 hours on a single ear bud and its still at 50-60% volume. swap out at lunch and i dont worry about them dieing. my only complaint is one can jiggle in the "box" in my pocket and it tries connecint then sees that its docked again and it pauses the music. leave the box away from you and theyre the best thing since sliced bread
