Bought these for a cruise formal. It was just as the other reviews stated. They fit perfect and look beautiful with my dress and accessories. The edge of the top of the shoe is a little rough, I will be wearing nylons so that may help, and the straps are short if you have thicker ankles.

needs a padded insole
Shoes were very pretty, looked nice with my dress for my daughter's wedding. Not as comfortable as they could be, they need some padding on the bottom. When I added a pair of insoles they became much more comfortable. Without the insoles, I could only have worn them less than an hour, with insoles, several hours.Manufacturers should add the extra padding, especially with a shoe that is meant to be worn while standing for hours.If I hadn't been able to hide insoles in them, I would have returned them.I have flat feet, so shoes with arch supports are not comfortable for me. I didn't answer the question about arch support, as these were comfortable except for the unpadded bottoms.

I love these shoes
For some strange reason my feet keep growing so I find it extremely difficult to find shoes that fit.Not only do they fit, but for dress shoes they're comfortable. I am so happy with this purchase I definitely would recommend this to a friend.

Comodísimos...
Los pedí W (wide) para evitar que fueran muy justos. Me quedaron un poquito amplios y tenía miedo de que el roce del zapato al caminar lastimara, pero al final de la noche me di cuenta de que ni recordé que llevaba zapatos nuevos. En realidad son comodísimos y no me causaron ninguna molestia. Compraré de nuevo de esta marca sin dudarlo...
