Can't say much for the hair growing part, but my nails have been growing pretty well since I started taking these, and they're so much stronger looking and feeling too. It's hard to explain it, before I started taking these my nails were slightly translucent and almost flimsy in terms of flexibility, but now they're much more opaque and they need a fair amount of force before they "give" when pressed - they're not brittle, not inflexible in any way, they don't feel like they're going to break, they're just tougher when you apply force to them.Pretty good!I imagine the other effects of the supplement are working, I just haven't really noticed them. Definitely worth a purchase just for the improved nail health, at the very least!

Great supplement at a great price
The discount made me press the buy now button , obviously that was not the real reason although it can be hypnotizing at times..Anyway , i don`t find the tables as large as some other buyers described , they are rather easy to swallow and did help me with my hairloss, its growing faster and thicker , MSM and Marine collagen are the key ingredients here.Make sure you grab it when the price is down , its regularly being discounted. 8.97 might seem steep but at 5.79 its more reasonable.

Brilliant Little Tablets
OK, was sceptical but took a gamble. April 2020 started taking these as after many years of acrylics/gel nails I decided to stop having my nails done. Ordered and within the first few weeks my nails were changing for the better. Nails were considerably damaged prior to taking - ridges, splits, soft as paper etc. etc. So, 4 months in Ive never had such lovely, strong nails. Ridges grown out, no more flaking, no more splitting. So pleased I simply refuse to run out of. Also, of note my hair hair has grown quite a bit, hair quality good and strong. Feels healthy as well. Not sure I have noticed much improvement in skin though.... All in all I would strongly recommend these little beauties...

I am taking these in conjunction with collagen (for my joints) so it's hard to tell how much is these and how much is the collagen - but my skin and hair do seem better. I had pimples appear in the first week but they're gone now (a common effect of silica), and now my skin does look clearer and brighter. As I said in my other review I do acknowledge that supplements aren't the magic pill answer but if you need something to give you a bit of a boost, along with drinking lots of water and eating more veggies, these seem to do well for me. They are quite hard, large tablets though so take with a big mouthful of water.

Hair is breaking less
Had lovely naturally thick hair. Then lockdown 1 happened. My hair then started to break very easily and staryed to fall out more than normal. Was taking pure biotin for hair, skin and nails but it actually gave me bad skin.Started taking these and my skin cleared up within days.My nails seem to be growing a bit more quickly.My hair is breaking less and seems to be growing more. Have yet to wait to see what happens on the thickness.

Very effective product
Now on my second purchase because I have found them to be way more effective than more expensive versions of the product and my nails are so much stronger. Only downside is that my hair is growing faster than I would like in a period when I can’t get to my hairdresser😁

Easy to use. Hair is definitely not so thin. It would be good if it was just one a day rather than two. Easy to swallow. Prompt service and delivery have use for 2 months now onto my third will continue. Price is comparable with other products
