Water damage
The book was listed in good condition but came with water damage. Very disappointed.

Some glaring errors
In the Chemical and Physical Environment chapter, the author states that "...glucose or glycogen is broken down anaerobically. This process is known as glycolysis, has less than 10% of the efficiency of aerobic breakdown",This is extremely misleading because it reads as though glycolysis is an anaerobic metabolic process when it is not. Glycolysis occurs whether oxygen is present or not - it's the first step of cellular respiration and is responsible for producing pyruvate. The only difference is that in anaerobic respiration oxygen is not used as the final electron acceptor. Not sure how the reviewers miss this.
