I installed this unit a few days ago. Some of the supply lines are a little short and kink easy when installing. But overall easy install. Now the BAD, the LED feature came on once when I first turned the water on. I got excited it looked really awesome. Turned the water off, and it has not come back on since. I'm really disappointed because that was the main reason I bought it. The faucet works perfectly just no LED. It only worked once...........so be aware of this if you decide to purchase this item.

I had a handyman install this and he said it was a little harder to install than the standard vanities (like delta or moen) but he said it was more because my holes were too big so centering them was a little tricky. Also, the gasket for the faucet if used would stick out so we decided not to use it. He put plumber's putty in all around the base of the faucet and just had to tighten it extra hard from down below, which worked. I kept it in the standard design and didn't switch the cold and hot, as other reviewers suggested. Actually I think it looked nice and more trendy like this. The faucet gets very heated up when the hot water is on (probably b/c of the LED lights on the inside) so I would advise running some cold at the same time so you don't burn yourself. I never noticed this with my old faucets. Overall it is nice, trendy, playful with the colors and definitely an upgrade to my bathroom. I think it is a decent value for the price. Oh, one screw is messed up (lost all it's threading somehow) in one of the handles so we couldn't tighten it on all the way. My handyman said he can fix it by just getting another screw. Hopefully that works!

Okay so I’m going to mimic what others have written.Pros: value, aesthetically pleasing, feels like quality/heavy dutyCons: biggest 2 complaints are the short water hoses are useless. Just save yourself time and purchase 2 each 12” long 1/2” water supply lines and toss the short ones provided. Secondly, they have marked one as cold and one as hot. Do not install it this way. Otherwise your handles will be “backwards” like others have mentioned. It’s not a problem if you’ve been forwarned. But I would’ve been very irritated had I installed the “hot” on the left side and had the handles facing in when off.The LED’s are pretty much useless. Yes they work when it’s completely dark in the room, but, I usually don’t turn off the lights to use the sink.Overall, I’m happy with them, just know you’re going to spend about $12 for each installed faucet for longer supply lines.The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 is because it is still a great value if you ask me. I’ll update this at a later time to see how they hold up or if we have any issues later down the road.

I’ve had this faucet installed and working now for two weeks. So far it has been working just fine. Water seems to be flowing out steady and I have not experienced any leaks from either of the handles.Couple of downsides:1. Instructions sent where not really for the faucet I order. However, the installation is basically the same as any other faucet. So all in all, not a big deal.2. The handle position. I thought the handles would face out when in the off position. However, if you study the pictures, when the handles face out the faucet is on. So the handles actually face in when off. Which I think doesn’t look as nice but I’m over it already and it’s only been two weeks.3. Can’t really see the LED in a well lit bathroom but once again not a big deal. I didn’t buy this faucet for the LED feature.For the price, I feel like you can’t really beat it. Pretty happy with the purchase.

The faucet is great, but make sure you have all the parts in the box. We were missing 2 washers and nut for one of the 2 faucets we purchased. Unfortunately we only opened one of the 2 boxes on the parts. It wasn’t until our countertop was installed that we opened the second box and found we were missing parts and then noticed we missed the return date. Ugh.

After having them installed, we got 2 of them for our master bath, we did like the way they look and work. The color enhancements when you turn them on is a bonus, however, one of them never turns to the red color no matter how long it is on hot. We read the reviews before buying them and knew or suspected there could be a problem with the lighting because of what was said. That aside, its a novel thing but not most important, they work very well. I don’t know if it’s the depth of my sink or if it the spray from the faucet, it does however get my counters wet every time they are used. So take that info for what its worth.

These are very classy for the price. My plumber has little difficulty installing, wasn’t happy I bought them, but I loved the design and color effect. They do splash water onto countertops when you run the water so I suggest deep sinks. My plumber says they won’t last long, hoping he is wrong. Seller got these to me quickly and they are pretty, just not sure they are great functionally for everyday use.l in master bath.

The media could not be loaded.  Positives- So this set up looks good very pleasing to the eye. When it's set up it works well. I like the color changes with the water temperatures cant really see when lights are on but that's ok. Faucet and handles feel high end.Negatives- the hot and cold handles are facing forward when off looks bad and awkward. The water supply lines 9" that come with unit are too short they end up kinked they should be at least 12" no kinks easier install. I purchased them at a harhardware store for $20.00, 4 lines because I bought 2 units.
