I wanted to use this steamer for awhile before I posted my review and let's just say I LOVE IT! It has easy to set up instructions and doesn't require alot of tools to assemble the steamer. I have used it about 20 times now and It makes my hair incredibly soft and manageable. I only use distilled water as the instructions say to use. The only downside it the hot water that drips from the condensation but that happens with any steamer (unavoidable) If your on the fence about it because of the price get it! Money well spent.

Would I be able to have someone repair my steamer in atl if it is broken?

I initially gave this a five star rating but after a few weeks this steamer literally fell apart just like the cheaper ones. Hoping the seller will make this right.

I bought this 2018, love it but have been having problems. I need to purchase a new waste water bottle and a power supply timing switch knob, just the knob. It broke within 6 months of use. Where do I go to order these?

Very straight forward on usage. Arrived with no directions but common sense design made it a snap to assemble. Has 2 buttons. Push 1 for less heat, push both for maximum. 20 min color processing for most colors. Takes very little room in the salon. Just need distilled water.
