Recently bought a tractor and I am dealing with hooking up hydraulic fittings and this is a must have. I bought a second one because I can never find where I put this!!

I need to measure a wide range of thread types. This covers almost all of them.

This set has a ton of various thread sizes and standards beyond your standard pitch gage set. My only complaint is the markings are a bit light and the leaf count can be overwhelming for hobbyist who are used to the more common thread types and sizes.

I need this for thread sizing when using my metal mini lathe.

This is all I need to do my job checking threads in the machine shop.

The number two pitch was no good. It was off. So I said to my self if one of the pitches are bad could have more.

Bailed me out out work many times

Too much: there are a great many threads. Finding the right one is always a long process. The threads in this gage could have been a little deeper than the actual threads on the bolts, which would have given the wrong angle, but made the sorting easier on the eyes.

Was hoping to use these to identify pipe treads as some skids being sent to site have BSPP threads, we use NPT here. I hold the 11G and 11 together and I was thinking there should be a a difference in the thread angle, they look identical. Tried both 14G and 14 on a 1/2" NPT fitting, both fit in my opinion, perfectly.So I'm lost and confused! I rate it 3 because it has to be something I'm missing or don't understand.
