Quality as usual
Visited store and was told supply chain issues so I looked here and would be delivered next day. Perfect! Redoing master bathroom only familiarized myself with supply chain issues. Very please with quality and weight of this product considering what you could spend for the same item. We’re pleased with design and style and have used all Hansgrohe products for the shower. Excellent products all.

Amazing
I love this! One control sets the water temperature, the other sets the volume. You don't have to fiddle to get the right temperature. If more than one person uses this, you just have to know what setting you like. I've had other models, that cost more, and they didn't work as efficiently as this faucet. The price on Amazon was less than my plumber could buy it, even with the tax I had to pay.

Smooth as silk
For your $400 plus, you get a nifty brass valve with a thermostatic temperature adjuster, and some nicely chrome plated plastic surround and handles. It's smooth as silk, and looks great, but if you're expecting chrome plated brass at this price, you're going to be disappointed.

Good quality, but the plate is plastic.
Seems to be good. It is not a metal plate as I would have expected, but I've not noticed and issues with it. I also know that most brands are moving to plastic plates these days. Any metal plates will be a higher price point.

Beautiful Piece of Art!
Beautiful piece of art that stands out with rest of Hansgrohe hardware. Installation a bit unusual, requiring the brand’s rough in. Smooth levers in adjusting them.

Water saver
Holds the temperature during the shower and being in a drought area I can turn the water off to save water while adding conditioner and come back to warm water vs a blast of cold. Love it!

LOVE IT
It's been in for a little over a month and my wife and I absolutely love it. A shower at a constant temperature IS possible and the Hansgrohe Ecostat has done that for us.

Product does not match website picture
Product does look very nice. However, the product photo on Amazon shows that the diverter control has a longer lever that extends beyond the edge of the trim plate. The product received has only a short stub of a lever, which is more difficult for a handicapped user.

clean and simple
while it took three attempts to get the product I'm very happy with this unit. I have a semi freestanding tub with plumbing in the wall and this simple control looks great. Only downside is that either the set screw for the handle was misplaced or it was not included :-( Small price to pay for a nice looking install.
