Good banner and good customer service
Lovely banners on good quality paper.You can get banners for more money that are of lesser quality and unpersonalised.We had an issue with a first print, I think this was more confusion caused by the way personalisation are requested through Amazon than anything else, but I contacted the seller and they got back to me and sent me a corrected banner that arrived at my home within 24 hours.
