Easy. It works and tastes great. I take it on an empty stomach. Usually when I start a fast. Can’t believe I stopped taking this. Glad I’m back on it and getting the results I am going for. Slowly snd surely.

Normally, I don't complain and go with it, but this is horrible. In my opinion, it's not suitable to sell, and it's not good at all. As soon as you open it, it's like a fish tank is dead inside this product.I decided to buy this product for me and my wife, and we just opened it now. The taste is horrendous. It shouldn't be sold on Amazon. It's not suitable for anyone. It has a fishy taste and smell, and you can't even drink it. This L-carnitine liquid drink is not reliable, and that's why I'm asking for a refund or credit because it's horrible. You can't drink it at all.
