The packaging is good, and the material is thich enough so could not be easily punctured.The powder looks like flour, just as it should be, so handle with care since it is very fine and could fly in air.Mixability is average, need to be soberly shaken for proper consistency. As usual makes a thick consistency and feels little like fine powder being swallowed.Taste, is on the bitter side, just like Nakpro which is a good sign since high concentration of protein tastes bitter, so adding a flavour is recommended.Results, I am not quite sure, however the soreness did fade quicker which could be a good sign. But in the long run it will be helpful I am determined.Price is THE best in indian market, no casein is cheaper than this, so grab it as soon as you can.

Gym goers who are aware of supplements would surely know that Miscellar Casein is thicker and less fine than Whey, but this powder shocks..!!!This one is excessively fine in texture, is exactly similar to a talcom powder, that whenever you open the pouch you will have this powdery substance raise out of the pouch, everytime covering your hands and also doing a slight touch up on your face 😑😑Highly dissappinted to have purchased this product 👎🏼👎🏼Also, the mixability is extremely poor and you would feel as if you're gulping down a strange powdery substance (which tastes far from tasting like a dairy derived product)

Why should you get this product?Pros:- dissolves very easy, very fine powder (shake the bottle twice and it's all mixed)- Does not change the taste of my chocolate protein shake, very convenient to use.-Doesn't leave a weird after taste.- The quality of the bag is good, powder doesn't clump and air tight zip keeps it cool and fresh inside.- Value for money (college student budget friendly😊)- Can be had with water or milk, mix it with your everyday shake and it's good to go.- It's a great blend of Casein with added BCAA and EAA.Cons:-not a con, it's an inconvenience at times if the powder gets into the zip. Hi All Fitness Freaks,I am a regular user of Fitness Standard Micellar Casein from last 2 years, in between I tried some other brands as well but every time I have to switch back to the one from Fitness Standard, the first reason is offcourse it's quality as it offers a very nicely, soluble casein which transforms into a wonderful meal with full of thickness. On the Top of this quality the second reason is it's amazing price. I can surely tell this with my past experience as I have tried the Casein ranging upto Rs. 2000 but still I found the Micellar Casein from Fitness Standard as the best one.If you are thinking to buy, you must definately go for it, you will fall in love with it.

As a guy who works out 5 to 6 times a week, Fitness Standard's Micellar Casein gives me the much required slow protein synthesis I require when I sleep.It is sugar free, thick like a milkshake and budget friendly. I chose a flavourless pack as I prefer it that way. But I believe Fitness Standard sells flavoured casein, if you are into that.I personally enjoy injesting it before bed and would recommend it to everybody looking to meet their protein requirements for the day.

Today I recd this protein ... Manufacturing date says jan 2020 and expiry of the product is 1 year... .. Wat to do now.. Should I return or should I consume?.. Mahan milk products don't cheat people ... This is our hard earned money ..
