Spout freezes up, but it's a good product
Nice product, well packaged, except for the spout, which tends to tighten up between uses. I found that leaning it into a cup of hot water before trying to turn it helped to loosen the dried syrup. Good luck!

Delicious, great quality, ecological
We enjoy this maple syrup in our yogurt daily. It has a great flavor, 100% pure and organic.great product! Easy to use box/spigot. I just refill the jug and therefore are not adding plastic jugs to the landfill.Great customer service too; they were prompt at answering questions I had.
