Came with an absolutely massive cut on the top of it.My bad that I ordered it and then went on vacation without opening it first so I missed my window to exchange but it looks so bad*UPDATE* Sweet company reached out to me and sent me a new one free of charge and it is perfect! thank you so much, I love it! Super easy to change the size of the compartments and the walls are rigid within the bag so everything stays put

Broken zipper and I’m so upset
This is the SECOND bag I have purchased. The first time I got one I got the smaller case which I was expecting to be bigger than it was.. it was way too small for the makeup that I have. Although not big enough for my things is was a GREAT bag and functioned properly and I thought was GREAT quality.The second bag I got was the BIG double layer bag. It is HUGE. Awesome and I have so much room plus some for my stuff. I LOVE IT. I was not wanting to post a review this soon but I am so frustrated about this as I’ve been waiting very impatiently for it to get here. The zipper is Broken. It closes fine one way but you move the other zipper to the other side and it splits. I like to close my things and have the zippers in the middle, always have and I can’t. I’m so upset bc I LOVE this box. It’s soooo nice to have all of my stuff organized by the type of makeup it is. I emailed the seller and I am really hoping they contact me back to resolve this bc I am truly just so upset about this... if the zipper was functioning properly, this truly would be the perfect case In my opinion.
