More like a text book with recipes!
Living with GERD, I thought this book would be a good one to help me adapt my lifestyle...plus I wanted more GERD friendly recipes in my collection. Well, this book will give you all the info about pH that you would ever want to know...and then some. The recipes are a plus though.

Excellent tool for anyone suffering with any of these illnesses.
I received this book a few days ago and it is a wealth of knowledge for anyone that has any of these illnesses. I unfortunately suffer with GERD and ulcerative colitis. I have not had the opportunity to try any of the recipes in the book but the information describing the various illnesses and what causes them is priceless.

Easy to read and understand, with interesting graphics and helpful recipes. Understanding our pH has helped with our general digestion in the short term. It's bound to do long term good as well.

All of the recipes are loaded with spices and cannot be used by individuals with digestive disorders. This is a misleading book and should be removed and reported.
