Solid bi-pod. Extends quickly and retracts easily. Mount is solid. Quick and easy to install / remove. Great piece of kit. However...The rubber strips that keep the base bracket from scratching the stock are absolute CRAP. The adhesive is gummy and allows the strips to slide, leaving a gummy mess behind. Easy fix, though. I went to a local hobby supply store, grabbed some scrap latigo leather to make a full-width pad and replaced the rubber strips. Cut out the centre hole, spread on some contact cement and pressed in place with the mounting system. Works perfectly now.

Works great with my bolt action .308 stays on securely after about 25 shots. If you plan on buying it you should know that the front sling attachment doesn't attach to the metal ring, look for the two metal holes just below the two legs(the tiny ring is point less). However I would recommend one with longer legs if you plan to hunt with it... Trust me on that one.

When I purchasded this unit a I didn't expect much because of thr price I paid. When i got it and mounted it on my 308 and took it to the range. It fit nice and tight and was very easy to mount. It comes with a detachable mount that i mounted on my AR, this allows me to remove it and attach it to the AR very quickly.

For the price this is an excellent buy. I gave it 4 stars because it comes loose sometimes where the picatinny conversion meets the bipod. It is a simple twist of the screw to get that fixed though.

I used this for over a year at the range until one of the legs snapped off. It did what it was supposed to do. Cheap enough to be frequently replaced, I guess. It did mount solidly. Fyi it was mounted on a 5.56 AR

I haven't been able to get to the range and check this out in live action yet but it feels and looks like it's going to be a keeper. Slid on my rack in front of my hand grip nicely and the legs move well up and down.

This bipod works perfectly for my Ruger 10/22. I have a banana magazine and the bipod is still high high so that the weight of the gun isn't on the mag. The build is strong and well made and the price is right. I would buy this again for another rifle.

I like the product. The only way to make it better is to manufacture a sling attachment to it.
