I bought this after I realised I would be working from home for the foreseeable, and I'm glad I did. The extra money is worth it if you are going to be sat in the same place for a good few hours a day. Easy to build, sturdy, easily adaptable and above all, very comfortable and supportive.

Took delivery of the chair this morning to help relieve some back pain after using a dinner table chair for months and can notice the difference right away.It was very easy to set up, took around 8 minutes and comes with everything you need along with a couple of spare screws for the future which was a nice addition.The armrests are great, they are very slightly padded to offer better comfort but not too much that your arms sink into them each time which is nice.The only part of the chair that feels out of place in terms of quality is the headrest. Whilst it does offer some vertical adjustments there is no option to angle it so unless you sit full back then you wont touch it.Overall for the price it's a brilliant chair and I'm gutted I didn't buy it sooner to be honest.

The media could not be loaded.  I compared the two chairs in my office, one on the left was bought from **ea, similar price, but with no headrest, and not as sturdy, not as comfortable as well. It is very easy to assemble, took me about 10 minutes. so I dont suggest anyone whom bought this chair to pay for assembly. worth the money spent.

It was very easy to assemble and is very comfortable. I like that you can adjust the height of the arms. The gas lift works well and so does adjusting the back tilt. I don't use the headrest - I mostly sit too upright for that - but it is nice that you can adjust the height of it. I have sat in it 8 hours a day for one week.

Update: literally 20 minutes after writing the original review and while looking for a new chair on amazon, I heard a snap and fell down to the floor! Like come on!!! This is absolute garbage. Thankfully I was lucky not to injure myself. Truly this chair is of shocking quality!Original review:Tilt adjustment broke after 20 monthsOverall a pretty comfortable chair with a bit less support for the lower back than desired (I'm a 1.8m tall male) mostly because the seat is a little too deep, so the small of my back doesn't quite touch it. Good neck and upper back support. I would give this 4 stars, but I barely used the tilt level and it broke 20 months later, so the seat tilts back and forth all the time and is in a forward slump position when sitting upright.

While the chair is comfortable, and the headrest is a nice touch, it's simply not intended for long term daily use. In 9 months, the seat padding is thinning and can start to feel the solid base (I'm only 70kg) and the rubber/plastic armrest has split open at the spot where you'd rest your elbow. Disappointed for the price.

Good chair, adjustable arms and headrest are essential and it also leans back and you can lock it into place which is good for when you want to relax a little.Quality is not fantastic and it does creak a fair bit

It was so lucky to ordering this chair just before the lockdown again, working from home you need a good comfortable chair just like this one😀great big box come and it’s quite heavy to lift up to the stairs, I thought it will be difficult to put together but actually the instruction is very straight forward and took no time for it to stand up 👍very comfortable to seat on, like the video showing the chair can be adjusted to the position you want. Compared to the chair I was nearly bought from IKEA ( also costs over £130) this is really worth it. Great Xmas present for my self!

Fiquei um pouco desiludido com a cadeira, especialmente porque algum dos parafusos são frágeis, e de vez enquanto ganham folga necessitando ser apertados outra vez.Um ponto,que fica apenas como 'aviso' o material da cadeira agarra muito pelo, por isso para quem tem animais de estimação, considere se avisado heheDe resto cumpre as suas funções, uso para o trabalho diário.
