Lovely book

A lovely story with beautiful illustrations that really evoke the Scottish isles. My son liked it at age 3 and still enjoys it now at age 6.

We bought this for our daughter after a trip to Scotland and it is such a sweet and lovely book with a great story and illustrations.We love it!

I bought a copy of this book in Scotland for my nephew and fell in love with it. The pictures are soft and sweet and the story is simple. I liked it so much I bought another one through Amazon for a another relative. It speaks of the Gaelic croft culture and makes me think of Ireland and Scotland two of the most beautiful places on earth.

We absolutely love this book and Sandra Klaassen’s other books as well! Beautiful illustrations, wonderful stories, and really captivating. Her books are my two year old’s favorites.

Wonderful book for a preschooler!

Sweet little book. I gave it to my nieces with some stuffed sheep toys I found in Scotland. This book is a very popular book abroad.
