It simply works.
We get solicitors and religious recruiters in my neighborhood I would say at least every weekend. Even though my neighborhood has No Soliciting signs at both street entrances, they just ignore the signs and walk right in. It got to a point where the church peddlers would ring my doorbell AND knock on my door as early as 10AM on my time off. They see my car in the driveway so they know I am home. When I'm asleep and you ring on my doorbell AND THEN KNOCK after I refuse to answer... you've got some serious issues. Once is enough, but these guys are relentless! If there is one thing I can't stand, it's being bothered by people I don't even know at my own home. I don't know about you, but that's inconsiderate! That's where this sign comes into play. I haven't had anyone knock on my door since I've put it up (going on 2 weeks now) and I'm eternally grateful that a bold and bright piece of plastic can really make a difference. Money well spent. To install it, I simply took an old wooden flagpole and taped the back of it onto the pole. It's holding up extremely well.

Great product.
This sign is perfect. Most door-to-door salespeople aren't smart enough to know what "No Soliciting" means. It is a big word. I like that this sign dumbs it down enough for the average door-to-door salesperson, and even includes a handy graphic for the reading-impaired. Plus, I like that is also covers Charitable/Religious groups, as they seem to believe No Soliciting just means salesmen. I work at home, and like to leave the front door open for my dogs to see out the storm door. They enjoy watching the cars, people walking with their kids, and barking at the squirrels and cats. They don't enjoy nosy, inconsiderate salesmen who disturb their activities, or disturb my work. So, this sign has been great for all of us. Well worth the money!

Good product
With something as simple as a sign you either get it right or you don't. This one was done right. It's large enough to be visible to anyone coming up our drive. The colors are attention-grabbing, and it is made of a tough and resilient plastic. The only thing I would change is to add a couple of holes on the top and bottom in the center for people who want to mount it to a single stake. These were easy enough to drill on my own and I wouldn't let it be a deterrent to buying this sign.

It works
Despite living in a quiet neighboorhood mostly made up of retirees and young couples starting families, we are getting an ever increasing number of door-to-door solicitors. These people try to get you to give donations, sign up for magazines, join religious cults, and donate your firstborn, etc. This activity was becoming a nuisance, and the surveillance system I set up only encouraged them to be on their best behavior instead of actively discouraging that dreaded doorbell ring. This sign, placed right next to the doorbell, did the trick. It is small enough it isn't an eye-hazard (though my wife disagrees) from the street, yet it is VERY obvious to anyone who reaches for the doorbell. I will try to post a video of my first solicitors since the sign was put up, and their reaction to it.[...]

Saw a Reduction in Marketing Offers
It consists of a thin sheet of plastic. I placed this on my apartment door about five (5) months ago. It has been extremely useful in getting my point across, and, I have seen a reduction. Despite the fact that a peddler cannot miss it, I sometimes get disrespectful individuals who choose to look the other way by ignoring my sign. I had to add "no flyers" to the already exhaustive list. Anybody with a brain or an ounce of common sense should know I do not want any flyers...period. The only one missing from the ad is no "door handle flyers". I have had some issues with solicitors leaving these type of annoying flyers.

Go away uninvited!
I was getting random knocks on my door daily from solicitors. With a barking dog and young child it was driving me bananas. Ever since I have put the sign up I have not been interrupted one time. This sign definitely gets the point across. I even had a wine delivery guy just leave the wine at the door!!! You are required to sign for wine! LOL. I have had neighbors ask me where I purchased the sign. It seems rude at first but whats more rude, random strangers at your house asking for something or a sign that says in not so many words "leave us the heck alone!'? I am happy with this sign and wish I had purchased it sooner.

Great!
We bought this and it came quickly and just as described. The plastic is nice and thick, and the printing is really great smooth and crisp. Went up very easy on stucco with some foam double sided tape.It was getting pretty ridiculous at our house, I was seriously getting people ringing the door bell every single day even after I confronted them about not coming any more multiple times... it never worked. Well since slapping this bad boy up I haven't had a single sales person or religious group ring the bell in the two months! So it totally does the trick, at least in my area.I only wish it was geared a little bit more towards "Home" wording, but eh, it works just fine getting the point across.

Nice Sign but a tad on the flimsy side...
I do wish it was on a bit more sturdy or heavy duty material - but the quality of the sign is excellent and they offer it in a variety of sizes. Since I put this next to my door bell (tacky, but it works) solicitors come up on my porch, read it and then just turn and walk away. YEAH! NO MORE DOORBELL RINGING FOR POLITICIANS, RELIGIOUS GROUPS, MAGAZINE SALES PEOPLE, OR TREE TRIMMMERS/FIREWOOD SALESMEN!! IF ONLY IT SAID "GIRL SCOUT COOKIES SALES OKAY!"
